Visitor Guidelines

Visitor Information & Hours

Helping families visit loved ones while preserving patient rest, infection control, and clinical safety across our hospital wards.

Visiting Hours & Guidelines

We recognize the importance of family support in a patient's recovery journey. To ensure proper medical care and restful environments, visitors are requested to respect scheduled visiting windows and infection control rules.

Ward Visiting Rules

Attendant Passes & Numbers

One primary attendant pass is issued per inpatient bed. A maximum of two visitors are permitted at the bedside during scheduled visiting hours to avoid overcrowding.

Infection Prevention & Hand Hygiene

Please sanitize hands upon entering and leaving patient rooms using wall-mounted hand rub dispensers. Visitors with flu symptoms or respiratory infections are kindly requested not to visit.

Intensive Care (ICU / CCU) Policy

Visits to critical care units are strictly limited to immediate family members for brief intervals to maintain sterile conditions and patient stability.

Children & Outside Food

Children under 12 are discouraged in clinical wards for their own infection safety. Outside prepared food is restricted to protect patients on strict therapeutic diets.
